participate in the program?
- Contact a local American National Agent for assistance in planning the introduction
to your employees.
- Maintain at least five eligible and active employees in the program at the
yearly renewal of the work group to continue participation.

Am I eligible for
the Benefits Xpress Discount?
- Contact your Human Resource Department to see if they are an approved work
group.
- If your employer is a participating work group, to receive the discount
you must:
- Meet underwriting requirements, which your agent
can help you with
