*Jan, 2004; Purchased platform.
*May, 2005; FedEx'd car to IL.
*Jul, 2005; Fitted Ford 427 exhaust & Magnaflows before removing the old 410 motor.
*Aug, 2005; Transported donor parts to Gessford Machine; Hastings, NE. (SEMA 2004 Machine Shop of the Year and authorized Shelby dealer) made a plant tour and authorized the manufacture of a Shelby 456 cu. in. Cobra engine.
*Oct, 2005; Transported engine home.
*Nov, 2005; Engine installation completed.
*Nov, 2005; Stored.
*Mar, 2006; Disassembly initiated for body restoration.
*May, 2006; Flat bedded car to Birkholz & Dejong; Naperville, IL. for restoration-I was allowed to work right along side them.
*Aug, 2006; Custom formulated base/ clear coat pearlesant black metallic-blue, gold, & green--finish applied to the nosed, decked, shaved, and lowered body; and interior trim as well.
*Sep, 2006; Body restoration completed.
*Oct, 2006; Installation of Lincoln MK V front power seats and preparation for custom interior and trunk et al.
*Nov, 2006; Manufacture & installation of custom black/lagoon interior started in Yorkville, IL
*Dec, 2006; Interior completed
*Dec, 2007; Front disc brakes installed.
*Jan, 2007; Riggs Bros; Naperville, IL. Repaired the seats.
*Jan, 2007; Stored.
*Apr, 2007; Console w/ Pioneer GPS & stereo entertainment center installed.
