Started to build in 1996 and completed in 1998. 1948 Chevy COE with a Convertible Top, 502 Engine and 17' tall Bed with approximately 33,000 miles on it. The COE has been from the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between and Bill enjoys his free t-shirt from the CHROME Anpac Rep at the Hot Rod Power Tour. The truck has appeared in Good Guys, Rod & Custom, Custom Rodder, Street Scene, and Northern Rodder.
