Accounting Services handles the financial transactions for the company. The Accounting Division keeps day-by-day records of business transactions, prepare financial statements and tax returns, prepare and file reports required by state insurance divisions, and issue payroll as well as other types of checks.

Actuarial Services determines and justifies rates for auto, homeowner and rental owner lines of insurance. They are also accountable for auto, homeowners and rental owner's rates, rating rules, forms, as well as product development of all underwriting rules and standards.

Claims Services is responsible for negotiating and settling claims. The Claims Services Division is responsible for handling and settling claims. They work with Divisional Support's Special Investigations Unit (SIU), Minor Impact Soft Tissue Unit (MIST), and industry officials to control severity as well as handle the administration of claim files and draft requests.

Corporate Actuarial Services is responsible for managing the risk of catastrophe events through catastrophe modeling. They manage the Reinsurance Program ensuring the company has appropriate coverage. In addition, they determine proper pricing and reserving for specialty market insurance products such as collateral protection insurance, credit property insurance, GAP insurance and mortgage security insurance.

Divisional Support handles claims litigation (Litigation Unit), special investigation of alleged fraud, arson, etc. (SIU Unit), claims involving minor impact and soft tissue injuries (MIST Unit), claims involving agents' errors or omissions (E & O Claims), and legal matters involving the corporation.

Human Resources is responsible for Team Member recruitment, hiring, benefits, salary administration, employee services, employee relations and communications, corporate training and development efforts, coordination and communication of corporate continuous improvement initiatives, and security.

Multiple Line Information Technology Services is charged with providing software that aids our agency force in efforts to market our products and service our clients. Telecommunications and Distributed Systems are also housed in this division. The department also provides programming which allows our agents and home office personnel to send information electronically. The mainframe computer system, mailroom services, and purchasing/supplies inventory are all aspects of this division.

Multiple Line Marketing Team Members assist the multiple line exclusive agents and the field management team by providing products and services that contribute to their ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Underwriting Services maintains policy issue, acceptance of risks, rating and coding, renewals, and premium payments.
