Claims Services
The Claims Services Division is responsible for handling and settling
claims. They work with Divisional Support's Special Investigations
Unit (SIU), Minor Impact Soft Tissue Unit (MIST), and industry officials
to control severity as well as handle the administration of claim

(This could include prioritizing the type of investigation that should be considered based on the type/severity of claim, including: recorded statements, scene photos, scene investigation, scope of loss, origin and cause or reconstruction expert reports.)
- Determining investigative needs to evaluate cause of loss, coverage, and related damages.
- The activity log should be documented with the results of any review and intentions for handling to adequately demonstrate compliance with insurance rules and regulations of various jurisdictions.

- Gathering all relevant information for decisions. This involves reviewing the investigation and any injury evaluation and verifying that all reasonably appropriate available information that could be obtained has been obtained to properly assess coverage, liability, and damages.

Information Services handles all phases of the insurance operation
that deal directly with ANPAC's mainframe computer system. Telecommunications
